I would not recommend Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Southport because the customer service was poor nobody got back to me when left messages.
Delivery date of car was delayed & nobody keep me upto date with information, having to go out of my way to go into Chapelhouse to get any information.

Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Southport were great because Dan Gargan was fabulous from the minute I went into chapel house. Offered me a test drive, to which with in 20 minutes I was on the road. Decided straight away I was going to purchase the car as I had done my research and Dan backed this up with his knowledge and opinion. Very informative and Dan had excellent communication skills, sending me videos and rang of he missed my call. Delivered the car for me as at the time of purchase I was unable to drive. Chatted all the way explaining things about the car. Nice guy, would definitely deal with him again.

The experience at Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Southport was spoilt by having to wait just on 6 months for delivery due to some dispute that took place on the incoming port in East Anglia. As far as Chapelhouse is concerned they were fine.
