My experience at Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Southport could have been better.
Raines was fantastic and can’t recommend him
highly enough. However whilst he was off the service was appalling.. the car was damaged when we collected it. We had been told but not good. We were told it would be fixed the following week but it wasn’t. Raimonds sorted it for the week later but upon arrival there was no courtesy car available which eventually he sorted out. As a general comment staff passed the buck on the phone - not my department etc and staff need to be a lot more careful of how they speak when customers are on site. Some displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Raimonds was great but others need to raise their game a lot. Dan Worthington gets an honorable mention for trying to help

Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Southport were helpful because I was entitled to a Motability car. I came to Chapelhouse for information about the scheme. I was given all the information I required and decided on a vehicle. The salesman took me through the full process explaining everything. On arrival of the new car he took me through all I needed to drive away. He arranged the purchase of my car by Chapelhouse and gave me a good price. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish
